  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan

Method
 

  1. Trim both ends of the zucchini, then secure one onto a spiralizer. Rotate the handle to transform the zucchini into long, curly noodles.
  2. Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté briefly for about 30 seconds, allowing its aroma to develop.
  3. Add the zucchini noodles to the pan, tossing them gently for a minute until they are just warmed but still retain their crispness. Remove from heat immediately to prevent overcooking.
  4. Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the noodles, season with kosher salt and black pepper, and give everything a final toss to combine the flavors. Serve immediately.
