- Place all the ingredients into a powerful blender. Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding a bit more milk if desired. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Thick and creamy Greek yogurt works wonderfully in this recipe, but regular yogurt is a great alternative too. Stainless steel or glass straws are recommended instead of plastic for a more sustainable choice.
