Spinach Smoothie Recipe

Strawberries and banana cleverly disguise the 1 1/2 cups of spinach in this smoothie. Its irresistible berry flavor will have you wanting to make it every morning.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 small banana sliced
  • 1 ½ cups baby spinach
  • cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk or other nondairy milk

Method
 

  1. Begin by placing the frozen strawberries, banana slices, and baby spinach into your blender. Pour in the unsweetened vanilla coconut milk or your preferred nondairy milk. Start blending at a medium-low speed, using the tamper to help mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Once the mixture is well combined, increase the blender speed to medium-high. Continue blending until the smoothie achieves a very smooth and creamy consistency.
