Ingredients
  

For the smoothie:
  • 1 to 1½ cups soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • 1 cup 150g frozen mixed berries
For the toppings:
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Puffed quinoa

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, almond butter, and 1 cup of soy milk. Select the “smoothie” setting and blend until smooth. Pause the blender occasionally to scrape down the sides and ensure even blending. If the mixture appears too thick, gradually add more soy milk until it reaches a creamy, yet slightly thick consistency.
  2. Pour the smoothie into two bowls. Generously sprinkle puffed quinoa, fresh blueberries, and fresh raspberries on top. Enjoy your smoothie bowl right away for optimal freshness and flavor.
