Ribs In Air Fryer Recipe

These air fryer ribs are incredibly quick to prepare, tender, and generously coated with a delectable barbecue sauce. The speedy cooking time is one of my favorite aspects of this recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rack pork ribs baby back ribs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 195C/380F.
  2. Start by removing the membrane from the rack of ribs and cut them into three sections.
  3. Pat the ribs dry and generously season both sides with smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, mustard powder, and salt.
  4. Wrap each rib section tightly in aluminum foil and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes.
  5. Carefully take the ribs out of the air fryer and discard the foil. Coat the ribs thoroughly with barbecue sauce.
  6. Return the ribs to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Once done, let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your perfectly cooked air fryer ribs!

Notes

To Store: Keep leftover ribs covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
To Freeze: After cooling, place the ribs in a shallow container and freeze them for up to two months.
To Reheat: Warm the ribs in the air fryer for a few minutes or microwave them for 20-30 seconds.
