Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 195C/380F.
- Start by removing the membrane from the rack of ribs and cut them into three sections.
- Pat the ribs dry and generously season both sides with smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, mustard powder, and salt.
- Wrap each rib section tightly in aluminum foil and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes.
- Carefully take the ribs out of the air fryer and discard the foil. Coat the ribs thoroughly with barbecue sauce.
- Return the ribs to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Once done, let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your perfectly cooked air fryer ribs!
Notes
To Store: Keep leftover ribs covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
To Freeze: After cooling, place the ribs in a shallow container and freeze them for up to two months.
To Reheat: Warm the ribs in the air fryer for a few minutes or microwave them for 20-30 seconds.
