  • 1 –2 cloves of garlic
  • 7 oz. jar of pitted Kalamata olives drained

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor, ensuring even distribution for a balanced blend of flavors.
  2. Pulse the mixture until the olives, capers, garlic, and parsley are finely chopped and well incorporated. The texture should be slightly chunky, not completely smooth, to retain a bit of bite.
  3. Spoon the tapenade into a serving bowl. Enjoy immediately, or for enhanced flavors, cover and refrigerate for up to one week, allowing the ingredients to meld beautifully.
