- Place the sliced orange, apple, and pear into a large glass pitcher, along with the cranberries. Pour in the cranberry juice cocktail and orange juice. Stir gently so the fruit is evenly distributed and coated in the juices. Transfer the pitcher to the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour so the flavors have time to mingle and the fruit lightly infuses the drink.
- Just before serving, remove the pitcher from the fridge and add the cran-apple sparkling cider or flavored sparkling water. Stir again, taking care not to crush the fruit, so the bubbles stay lively and refreshing. Pour the sangria into glasses, making sure each serving gets a mix of fruit pieces, then finish with a sprig of fresh mint or rosemary on top for a bright, festive touch.
