Ingredients
Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 425°F. Ensure the wings are thoroughly dried using a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine the wings with baking powder, flour, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the mixture.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil and placing parchment paper on top. Arrange the wings in a single, even layer on the sheet.
- Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Afterward, flip them over and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes, or until the wings achieve a crispy and golden-brown finish.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, fresh parsley, seasoned salt, black pepper, and hot sauce.
- Once the wings are cooked, toss them with half of the prepared sauce, ensuring they are well coated.
- Increase the oven temperature to 475°F, then return the wings to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes. This will allow them to become even more golden and crispy. For an extra crispy finish, you may broil them for the last couple of minutes.
- Finally, remove the wings from the oven and toss them with the remaining sauce. Garnish with additional parmesan and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
