  • 10 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 11-ounce cans Mexican-style corn, drained
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 8-ounce container sour cream
  • 1 4-ounce can diced green chiles, drained
  • 5 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper finely diced

Method
 

  1. Prepare all ingredients before assembling the dip.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded Cheddar cheese, drained Mexican-style corn, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir until the mixture is evenly blended.
