Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken meat
  • 2 tomatoes seeded and chopped
  • 1 avocado - peeled pitted, and diced
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • ¾ cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 8-ounce bottle Ranch-style salad dressing

Method

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan, covering them fully with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Allow the eggs to sit for 10 to 12 minutes, then cool, peel, and chop them.
  2. As the eggs cook, place bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry until evenly browned, approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Drain the bacon on paper towels, crumble, and set aside.
  3. Arrange shredded lettuce on individual serving plates. Layer with rows of bacon, eggs, chicken, tomatoes, blue cheese, green onions, and avocado.
  4. Finish by drizzling each plate with Ranch-style dressing.
