Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted*
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup cayenne pepper hot sauce such as Frank’s RedHot
  • tablespoons honey*
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the melted butter, cayenne pepper hot sauce, honey, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well blended. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.

Notes

For a vegan buffalo sauce, swap the butter with vegan butter and use 1 tablespoon of agave nectar in place of the honey.
