  • 1 large prepared pizza dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 oz. bacon
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 green onions sliced

  1. Begin by frying the bacon in a skillet over medium heat, allowing it to cook until it turns crispy and golden. Once done, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain off any excess grease.
  2. While the bacon is cooking, preheat your oven to 450°F. Roll out the pizza dough onto a pizza pan, stretching it to cover the surface evenly, but be sure to leave about half an inch of crust untouched around the edge. Spread the pizza sauce generously over the dough.
  3. Next, sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sauce, distributing it evenly across the pizza. Carefully crack the eggs directly onto the pizza, spacing them out so they cover different areas. Crumble the crispy bacon on top of the eggs and cheese, adding a delicious, savory layer.
  4. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the crust turns golden, the cheese melts, and the eggs are cooked to your preferred doneness—whether you prefer firm or slightly runny yolks.
  5. Once baked to perfection, remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with the fresh green onion slices. Slice into eight pieces and serve immediately for a breakfast treat!
