- Place the blueberries, banana, orange, and ¾ cup of milk into a blender. Add any of the optional ingredients, like nut butter, seeds, or sweetener, if desired.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth. If you find the smoothie is too thick, pour in a bit more milk and blend again until it reaches your preferred consistency. For an extra chill, add a few ice cubes and blend until the smoothie is icy cold and perfectly smooth. Enjoy immediately!
