Salmon
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F. Remove the skin from the salmon filets and cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, season the cubed salmon with kosher salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 125°F. Alternatively, you can pan-fry the salmon over medium-high heat in a skillet for the same duration if preferred.
Rice Bowl
- Start by placing the cooked rice into the bowl as the base layer. Add the cooked salmon, avocado, mini cucumbers, and edamame on top.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until well combined. Drizzle the soy sauce over the bowl, then garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
