Ingredients

Salmon
  • 4 oz Salmon Filet cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
Rice Bowl
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice any kind works
  • 1/2 Avocado diced or sliced
  • 1/4 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup Mini Cucumbers sliced
  • 1/4 cup Edamame cooked
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari or Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • Sesame Seeds optional for garnish

Method

Salmon
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F. Remove the skin from the salmon filets and cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, season the cubed salmon with kosher salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 125°F. Alternatively, you can pan-fry the salmon over medium-high heat in a skillet for the same duration if preferred.
Rice Bowl
  1. Start by placing the cooked rice into the bowl as the base layer. Add the cooked salmon, avocado, mini cucumbers, and edamame on top.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce until well combined. Drizzle the soy sauce over the bowl, then garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
