  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and begin by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Coat the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly covered. Season them generously with kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook the potatoes in the preheated air fryer for 40 to 50 minutes, adjusting the time based on the size of the potatoes. They should be soft when done.
  4. Once cooked, make a lengthwise cut on each potato. Using your hands, gently pinch the sides to open the potatoes and reveal their fluffy interiors. Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each potato for added richness.
